NASA negotiates the collective agreement (CA) with the University of Alberta, which sets out the terms and conditions of employment for non-academic staff.
Below is the draft version of the April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2028 Collective Agreement and a draft of Appendix C - Seniority Units.
Both parties will be proofing the agreement in the coming weeks to arrive at the final version and reviewing the seniority list to ensure it is accurate. We welcome feedback during this period of time with respect to errors or omissions in both the draft agreement and the seniority list. Please direct any feedback to nasa@nasaunion.ca.
