Join NASA on Wednesday, March 4 from noon to 1:00 pm for an online Lunch & Learn on the Duty to Accommodate.
The objective of this online Lunch & Learn is to enable members to understand the principle of the duty to accommodate in the workplace. We will discuss employers' responsibilities to ensure their workplaces are inclusive and allow all workers to participate fully. We will also explore how this duty relates to the grounds of discrimination covered by human rights law.
